The Regional Indigenous Liaison Officer (RILO) Network - Army is embedded within the Army Personnel Support Centre (APSC). The APS 4 Operations officer will work in a team that has a nation-wide footprint with the mission of enhancing Army's Indigenous community engagement.
The APS 4 Operations Officer will be accountable of outcomes, able to work within a team and independently towards prescribed goals providing operational and business support to the RILO network. They will also be required to work in an office environment and have the ability to use IT Software systems. They will need to have good communication skills to advise supervisors and team members to achieve the required organisational outcomes. The successful candidate can expect to work in a relatively autonomous environment and contributing to the Australian Army already strong relationships with Indigenous communities.
Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at ‘Baseline Vetting’ level.
