The Human Resources and Security Branch is looking for an experienced Security and Property Advisor at the APS 4 level to assist in the provision of security and building management services across the department.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in personnel security management, building management services and have a general understanding of the role and functions of the department including an awareness of issues that may impact on allocated tasks.
The position would suit a well organised, proactive self-starter who has a track record of working well as a member of a team. As a condition of employment, the successful applicant must have, or be willing to undergo a security clearance to the level of Negative Vetting 1 (NV1).
This position is only open to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people.
The successful candidate is required to hold or be able to obtain a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance. Applicants must be Australian citizens.
