The ANAO Customer Service Supervisor manages the ANAOassist Team which is part of the Corporate Management Group. ANAOassist is the first point of contact for the ANAO and also for corporate services. The Customer Service Supervisor ensures that ANAOassist provides customer care and concierge services, VIP support, building management and audio visual support. As the Customer Service Supervisor you will lead the development of customer service standards, procedure and knowledge articles and apply these to deliver and improve services to customers.
