The ANAO is seeking an Office Manager in the Performance Audit Services Group to support the delivery of performance audit products.
As the Office Manager, under the broad supervision and guidance of the Practice Manager, you would undertake a broad range of administration tasks including providing administrative assistance to the Group Executive Director; managing finance and contract arrangements for the group; coordinating the work of Executive Assistants for the group; and organising group meetings, agenda and coordinate with forum speakers.
There are no mandatory qualifications for the role, but tertiary qualifications or training/background in office management or related fields and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are highly desirable.
There is an opportunity for the successful candidate to utilise flexible working arrangements, including part-time working arrangements.
