We are seeking highly motivated Service Delivery Officers to join our Frontline teams. As a Service Delivery Officer, in the Debt and Lodgment business area, you will have extensive client and stakeholder contact, undertaking tasks associated with inbound and outbound telephony contact, processing correspondence and taxation forms and performing debt collection activities. You will perform a range of analytical and problem-solving activities while providing exceptional customer service to our agents and clients.
You will maintain quality assurance, deliver coaching and training support, and provide technical advice on more complex issues. You may be required to work in a scheduled environment and use multiple channels of communication to assist, support and educate clients.
