As a Service Delivery Team Leader in our Client Account Services business area, you’ll lead, support and mentor staff to deliver a contemporary client experience in a changing and dynamic operational environment. You will develop capability and performance of frontline staff and foster a culture of engagement. You’ll work closely with team members to provide training and development along with setting expectations for high performance.
